Cold Shipping FAQs
The cost depends where you're shipping the products to:
- Ontario: $20 (free for orders $150+)
- Other Canadian provinces: $35
- US: Not available
Cold shipping rates include an insulated box and ice packs to help keep your items cool during transit.
Cold shipping orders only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays. Keeping transit times short is extremely important. We don't ship items on other days to avoid unnecessary weekend delays.
So if you place your order on Tuesday afternoon or later in the week, we will hold your order and ship it the following Monday.
Yes, when you have frozen or refrigerated items in your cart, you must select the cold shipping rate at checkout.
We do not take responsibility for spoiled products if the cold shipping rate was not selected.
