Discover a taste of Italy right in the heart of Oxford County! The store will be transformed into a cozy pop-up restaurant with a large communal table to sit at, taste, and share your experience with fellow diners.
Each dish will highlight fresh, local ingredients from Oxford County and beyond. While you savour each bite, you’ll also get to learn a little more about the ingredients and the benefits of eating local and plant-based.
First Course - Sicilian Caponata
A vibrant blend of eggplant, tomatoes, olives, and capers, layered over whipped lemon ricotta and toasted Italian bread for a rich and tangy Mediterranean bite.
Second Course - Tuscan Gazpacho
Chilled Tuscan-style gazpacho - bursting with garden fresh herbs, topped with a vegetable garnish and golden croutons.
Third Course - Walnut & Lemon Pesto Pasta
Zesty, nutty, and full of sunshine - pasta tossed in a bright walnut-lemon pesto with Italian-style vegan “sausage,” mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, seasonal summer veggies, and a creamy vegan feta crumble.
Fourth Course - Tiramisu-Style Dessert
Rich dark espresso blends seamlessly with smooth, creamy notes. Classic tastes brought to life in a new way.
