Taste & discover the freshness of Oxford County! The store will be transformed into a cozy pop-up restaurant with a large communal table to sit at, taste, and share your experience with fellow diners.

Each dish will highlight fresh, local ingredients from Oxford County and beyond. While you savour each bite, you’ll also get to learn a little more about the ingredients and the benefits of eating local and plant-based.

First Course - Thai-Style Slaw

A crisp, vibrant medley of shredded cabbage, edamame and farm-fresh spring vegetables tossed with fragrant herbs and a zesty Thai-inspired dressing. It’s a garden on a plate—refreshing, crunchy, and packed with bold, aromatic flavour.

Second Course - Asian Arancini

A golden, crispy risotto ball reimagined with the bold spices and fresh zest of Southeast Asia. Fragrant notes of ginger, lemongrass, and coconut curry served with a tangy, Asian dipping sauce. An unexpected fusion that’s irresistible from the first bite.

Third Course - Spring Ramen

A comforting, soul-warming bowl of sesame-ginger miso broth, brimming with local spring produce, including tender asparagus spears, earthy shiitake mushrooms, and a chili-soy crumble that adds the perfect crunch. A modern celebration of the season in every slurp.

Fourth Course - Strawberry Rhubarb Dessert

Local strawberries & rhubarb are a match made in heaven that come together in a sweet and tart gluten-free dessert.

The entire menu is vegan and can be made gluten-free.
