Rates are calculated live at checkout by our carriers based on shipping location, weight and size. We ship with UPS and Canada Post Canada-wide and to the contiguous US.

Orders ship out Monday through Friday unless they contain refrigerated/frozen items.
Cold shipping rates
- Ontario: $20 (free for orders $150+)
- Other provinces: $35
When you have frozen or refrigerated items in your cart, you must select the cold shipping rate at checkout.
Cold shipping rates include an insulated box and ice packs to help keep your items cool during transit. We do not take responsibility for spoiled products if the cold shipping rate was not selected.
Cold shipping orders only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays. Keeping transit times short is extremely important. We don't ship items on other days to avoid unnecessary weekend delays
If your order does not contain refrigerated/frozen items, you will not see a Cold Shipping rate.
