Vegan Seitan Pork Shreds (Frozen)

- 300 g of vegan seitan shreds
- 25g of protein per serving

To prepare: Allow the shredded seitan to thaw before cooking. Add cooking oil to a pan and place it over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the shreds to cook. Flip or mix the shreds in the pan until they are seared & golden brown. Add to your desired dish.
