Inspired by Germany, this sausage is reminiscent of a hot dog, but in a much more chic version.

Sausages don't grow on trees. Whether they're made from animal or plant protein, they're still sausages. Ours get their flavor from succulent vegetables, perfectly complemented with spices and herbs.
