Fresh Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp white wine that displays notes of peach, citrus, green apple and kiwi on the nose followed by a palate of fresh pears and lime zest. 

Excellent on its own, this wine delivers a refreshing and crisp palate that is perfect for sipping. The medium palate will hold up to a number of lighter foods. Try with a summer salad of arugula topped with grilled zucchini, eggplant and asparagus drizzled with lemon poppy seed dressing and sprinkled with sugared walnuts.
