Non-Alcoholic Disco de Verano

Disco de Verano, Fin Soda's latest collaboration, is inspired by Tinto de Verano, a Spanish cocktail that combines red wine with lemon-lime soda. To create our alcohol-free version, we analyzed and recreated the key aromas of Spanish red wines: ripe fruit, peppers, and spices. In total, we macerated and blended around ten ingredients to achieve the final result: a vibrant, sparkling non-alcoholic cocktail with aromas of red fruit, citrus, and spices, and delicate tannins. A drink for lovers of light reds, to be enjoyed all year round!
