BetterBrie's plant-based version of traditional brie is naturally aged and has a delicate, ripe rind. With its mild flavour and velvety smooth texture, it’s perfect served at room temperature on a warm baguette or topped with a hint of fruit jam or fresh figs. Storage instructions

If you plan to save some of this for later, wrap and store it in it's original packaging, ensure that the cut side has contact with the wrapping so things stay fresh! Any 'fuzz' on the rind is part of the normal process that continues as our plant-based Brie ages.
