Emma Smith began making chocolate from her home kitchen in 2011, and progressed to various commercial kitchen spaces around the Lower Mainland of BC. All Organic Ingredients: cocoa nibs, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, coconut, coconut nectar, whole roasted hazelnuts, sunflower seed oil, sea salt, water, vanilla bean.

Heavenly

I didn't know what to expect but these turned out to be 2 large squares or rich, creamy heaven. I also really appreciate the packaging didn't use plastic.
