Whole grain gluten-free blend (sweet rice flour, brown rice flour, oat flakes, psyllium husk), Tapioca starch, Sunflower oil, Chia seeds, Poppy seeds, Nutritional yeast, Salt, Sunflower lecithin, Chives, Caraway seeds, Onion powder, Paprika.
