This highly versatile variety of Seitan comes in minimally seasoned, larger chunks just waiting for your culinary creativity. Traditional Seitan goes great on sandwiches, in salads, served over rice, or in a wrap.

Lightly coat a pan with oil (optional) and cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, or until heated through. Can be baked into your favourite recipes.
