About Pretzilla
In 2007, Miller Baking Co. had an idea: to make a better pretzel bun for our local Milwaukee community—something that’s light and airy with a touch of sweetness. The product we created that fateful year, however, became much more than a pretzel bun or local novelty; it became Pretzilla.
Our favorite way to describe Pretzilla is to call it a crown. A crown is a reward for victory and a symbol of honor. A crown is what separates competitors from champions and forgettable from memorable. A crown is the last finishing touch on hard-earned accomplishment. With its unique flavor and texture that perfectly complements any protein, Pretzilla is that last finishing touch. With Pretzilla, you don’t just top your creation; you crown it.
