Most days, you can find me, Kat, greeting you from behind the counter and I can tell you honestly that talking to you and helping you find something new and exciting to try makes my day.
From personal experience, I know the reputations that vegans can have: we're often labeled as preachy and judgemental!
When you come through our doors though, please know I don't judge you for what you're eating. I am grateful that you're here, interested in trying something new!

Yes, we vet all products that we sell! to make sure they don't contain any animal ingredients and that they're not tested on animals.
Not every product that we sell has a vegan certification though. Many smaller makers we work with don't have a certification (yet), other products are what we call 'accidentally vegan'.
Yes, approximately 90% of the products we sell are gluten-free or gluten-friendly.
We call products gluten-friendly when they don't contain gluten ingredients but have not been made in a gluten-free kitchen/facility.
