In Leanne's own words: "From a very young age I watched my Grandma in the kitchen preparing meals and baking sweets, but I never could have imagined, while living in Italy so many years later, my passion for cooking would be ignited. With so many fresh, locally grown ingredients at my fingertips, the kitchen quickly became the place I felt most at home and cooking, the most enjoyable part of my day.

In March 2018, I transitioned to a plant-based diet. By changing what was on my plate, I wanted to do my part to help stop cruelty towards animals, fight climate change and improve my health.

Experimenting with different varieties of vegetables and finding inspiration from cuisines around the world during my travels, has really opened my eyes to new possibilities and allowed me to get creative in the kitchen. My mission is to offer both healthy and indulgent meals that everyone can enjoy. I believe that with simple changes, we can all play a part in making this world a more compassionate place.

I put careful thought and lots of love in everything I do. My hope is that you enjoy these plant-based meals and share the experience with others!"
