This herby seitan roast is stuffed with mushroom and onion sourdough stuffing. This 400 g roast feeds 2-3 and is ready to eat in less than 30 minutes. Just heat & serve!
How to cook it
Preheat oven to 350F, remove the plastic and cover with foil and cook for 20-25 minutes or until hot throughout.
Thaw before cooking if frozen. A fully cooked product only needs to be re-heated.
