Recovery Mineral Bath Soak allows you to soothe your sore, tired muscles after exercise, hours on your feet, or an emotionally stressful day.
Sea salt and Epsom salt combine with eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils; all of these ingredients help to relieve sore muscles.
Peppermint essential oil is refreshing and cooling with restorative aromatherapy benefits – invigorating the mind while creating feelings of calm.
Your skin will soak up the dissolved minerals in the salt from your bath water.
Salt baths have also been shown to help reduce inflammation and pain related to muscle pain to arthritis and similar conditions.
How to use it
Add a packet of Bath Soak to your bathtub. Fill with water about two degrees warmer than your body temperature to benefit from the sea salt bath. Soak in the tub for 15-20 minutes.
