Three delicious Fresh Sushi Spring Rolls. The first is filled with seared asparagus and shiitake mushroom, the second with carrot, cucumber and avocado, the third with crispy tofu, cucumber and pickled plum. Served with pickled ginger, wasabi and dipping sauce. All rolls contain seasoned sushi rice and baby spinach. Mild spice level.
2nd Course: Wild Mushroom & Truffle Udon Noodle Soup
Next, a bowl of Wild Mushroom & Truffle Udon Noodle Soup. If you’re wild for mushrooms, this dish is for you! Udon Noodles nestled in a creamy sesame, garlic, ginger and coconut mushroom broth, filled with cremini, shiitake, black oyster mushrooms, and seared bok choy. Topped with soy crumble, scallions, chili crisp and the magic ingredient - white truffle oil. Mild spice level.
