How does Free shipping for gift baskets work?
  • All our gift basket prices include free shipping. The rate includes tracked shipping via one of our couriers.
  • The rate also includes gift wrap, a card and the option to include a message.

 

When do gift baskets orders ship?
  • Gift baskets ship on regular business days (Mon to Fri) and get delivered on regular business days (Mon to Fri).
  • We are not able to ship or deliver on weekends or statuary holidays.

 

How do I track my order?
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Most often, we ship your order via UPS or Purolator.
  • UPS and Purolator offers extra services that can be accessed via the tracking result page: Signup with ‘UPS My Choice’ for free to pass delivery instructions on to the driver and other services and signup with ‘Purolator Your Way’ for SMS notifications and more.
  • If your shipping destination is between Toronto and London, ON, we might ship your order via ShipperBee. You will receive automated tracking emails from them directly.
