GoGo Quinoa’s spaghetti, made with organic white rice and quinoa flour, could become your favorite alternative to traditional wheat spaghetti, with the same ‘al dente’ texture!
Bring 3-4 liters of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. When the water is boiling well, add the quinoa spaghetti and stir often during the first 2 minutes. Cook an additional 10 minutes stirring occasionally (for al dente texture), or between 13 to 15 minutes total for regular texture. Drain and rinse promptly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and condiments.
What is quinoa?
Quinoa is an ancient pseudo-grain that was consumed by the Incas. The grains are either white, red or black, the nutritional value is very similar.
