Bring the flavours of Sri Lanka to your home with this aromatic Ceylon Red Curry paste from Cha’s Organics. This authentic curry paste with dry herbs has a high spice level. It makes 4-5 servings and cooks up in just 20 minutes. It’s organic, vegan, non-GMO, and even gluten-free.
- Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat, stir in contents of curry paste and herb pouches and saute 1 minute
- Add 2 to 3 cups of vegetable and protein of your choice then saute 5 minutes
- Add 1 can (400 ml) of coconut milk with 1/2 cup of water and simmer 10 minutes or until all ingredients are well cooked
- Season to taste with salt and your choice of sweetener then serve over rice and garnish with lime and fresh cilantro
