How does Cold Shipping work?
If you live close enough, you are welcome to pickup your order at our store in Downtown Woodstock.
Orders are usually ready in 2 hours and can be picked up during store hours.
Gift box shipping is included in the price, whether the gift box includes refrigerated products or not. No additional shipping charges will apply.
At Fair/Square we are dedicated to providing a high-quality experience from start to finish in the process of ordering, shipping, and receiving our products in the best possible condition.
We work to maintain the highest standards of food safety in regards to shipping refrigerated and frozen, and take many measures to ensure your food arrives cold. However, once we have passed the package on to our shipping partners, there are a number of things outside of our control that can affect the quality of your experience. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to customer service.
We are unable to guarantee a time of delivery. Most of our shipping partners will deliver between 10 AM and 6 PM. Please place your order when you know you will be available to receive the package as near to the time of its delivery as possible.
We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore outside our control.
Please double check your shipping information has been entered correctly. Customers are responsible for ensuring the name, address, and all other required information are correct. If you notice a mistake in your shipping information and have already placed your order, please reach out to email@example.com to notify us of the correction.
We do not accept returns of food products or products that were on sale. We accept beauty, wellness and lifestyle products back under the following conditions: Your products are sealed and unused/unworn in their original packaging and you notify us within 30 days of purchase
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about your return. Once your return is authorized by us, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. We will email you when we’ve received your return and you will receive your money back within 2 business days. The return shipping label has to be paid by the customer and the charged for that will be deducted from the refund.
